Tim McManus joins Mike Missanelli live from the Nova Care Complex after a busy couple of days for the Eagles following free agency. McManus informed that the Eagles are done trading for the most part. During the trade, the defense was addressed in player selection and they still need to build on the offensive line. The Eagles have aquired a hybrid of a halfback/ tight end. Regarding Geno Smith, McManus believes that if he is still around in the fourth round, the Eagles may pass on him in order to obtain an offensive lineman. Chip Kelly is a mathematical coach. His strategy is to grab some of the free agents who have not had a strong previous season or have suffered injuries in the hope that they will bounce back and the Eagles aquired them as a value deal. Lastly, McManus touched on the senstive issue of the Eagles not returning to Leheigh due to lack of resources and efficiency.
