29-year old Nick Kayal is the evening host on 97.5 The Fanatic and he can be heard Monday-Friday from 7-11pm. Prior to going solo, Kayal co-hosted the night show and Sunday mornings with Jason Ashworth. Nick has been with the station since January of 2009, starting out as an update anchor and producer of the evening show. Kayal then became the producer of the Tony Bruno & Harry Mayes show, while anchoring the sports updates on the Mike Missanelli show. Kayal has also produced for the Baldy & Mayes show and done mid-day fill-in work as a host alongside Harry Mayes, Brian Baldinger and Tony Bruno. Nick began his radio career in 2006, at the age of 22, after graduating from Temple University. Nick worked for 2 sports radio stations in the Lehigh Valley prior to making his debut on the Philadelphia sports talk scene.
Outside of yacking about the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers or Sixers he has plenty of other passions. Nick is a huge Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, loves playing fantasy football, Madden on the XBOX360, watching wrestling and playing poker. Kayal also has a new found love with the sport of golf, even though he stinks out loud.
Nick is resides in Bethlehem Pa with his wife Kristin and yellow lab Saban.
