How to Enter for a Chance to Win
 97.5 The Fanatic listeners will have three ways to enter the contest to win Suzuki’s Something Great is Here contest.

(1) Listeners will have the opportunity to enter online between Thursday, February 18, 2010 and Sunday, March 28, 2010. To enter, visit 975thefanatic.com and click the Suzuki Kizashi Banner or go directly to www.975thefanatic.com/lifestyle/kizashi/ and click the “Register” button on that page, which will take you to the online Entry Form. Complete the Online Entry Form, including your name and contact information (daytime phone number, home address, email address, date of birth). All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Sunday, 3/28/10, to be eligible.

(2) Listeners will have the opportunity to enter via Text Message between Thursday, February 18, 2010 and Sunday, March 28, 2010. To enter, text the word “Kizashi” to  97.5 The Fanatic’s short code- 68683. Standard Text and Data Rates Apply. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Sunday, 3/28/10, to be eligible. Text entrants will receive a text bounce back message from WPEN confirming their entry.

(3) Listeners will have the opportunity to enter by visiting select  97.5 The Fanatic Events listed online at www.975thefanatic.com/lifestyle/kizashi/. Entries will only be accepted at the locations listed during the hours of the appearance on that specific date. Entrants must complete an Entry Form in its entirety, including Name, Email Address, Address, City, State Zip, Day Phone number, Date of Birth, Location and the day’s date.

Limit one entry per person and household during the contest period. Winners will be notified by phone.

All contest entries will become the property of  97.5 The Fanatic and will not be acknowledged or returned.

On or about March 29, 2010, four (4) entries will be selected as the winners from all eligible entries received.

Prize
Grand Prize: dinner for two at one of Philadelphia's top restaurants (awarded in the form of a $150 gift certificate to local restaurant), tickets to an upcoming  97.5 The Fanatic concert (specific show to be determined), $150 AMEX Gift Card, $50 Dunkin Donuts Gift Card and tickets to an upcoming sporting event (event to be determined).
Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Additionally, one of the 4 grand prize winners will be selected at random to receive transportation to and from their dinner. Winner and guest will be picked up at their residence (must be in the Philadelphia metropolitan area), and taken to the restaurant they won the gift certificate to, driven by an employee of 97.5 The Fanatic in a Suzuki Kizashi, then returned to their residence. The transportation is available for dinner only, no other stops or destinations. Transportation must be scheduled with a 97.5 The Fanatic Promotions Representative on a mutually agreeable date and time, and must take place prior to April 30, 2010.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.  97.5 The Fanatic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the  97.5 The Fanatic offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited. 

 
Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 21 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in  97.5 The Fanatic’s total survey area (as defined by Arbitron). Winners will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a  97.5 The Fanatic contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Winners will also be disqualified if they or a member of their household have won a GREATER MEDIA PHILADELPHIA (WMMR/WMGK/WBEN/WNUW/WPEN) prize valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or greater in the past 365 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates (including the stations listed above), promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with  97.5 The Fanatic or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in  97.5 The Fanatic’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by  97.5 The Fanatic. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Void where prohibited.

Release
By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors,  97.5 The Fanatic, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing  97.5 The Fanatic and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize. This Form must be completed by winners at the  97.5 The Fanatic offices during normal business hours, and photo ID must be presented at the time of completion.

97.5 The Fanatic undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s).  97.5 The Fanatic is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Winners must inspect their prizes before leaving the  97.5 The Fanatic.  97.5 The FanaticN is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of  97.5 The Fanatic, Station reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and/or determine an alternate method of awarding the prize(s).

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for  97.5 The Fanatic and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

Taxes
97.5 The Fanatic will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to  97.5 The Fanatic for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize. 

 
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on a contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. 97.5 The Fanatic reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in 97.5 The Fanatic’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by 97.5 The Fanatic or its affiliates.97.5 The Fanatic  reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of 97.5 The Fanatic and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
